Wick Business Park phase 2 consultation
Find out more about the plans for Wick Business Park
Following the successful completion of phase 1, we’re bringing forward plans for phase 2 to help meet future demand from businesses in the local area and Caithness region.
It'll be a natural extension of the existing park including flexible space for offices, industrial units, storage, and trade counters, with room for walking paths, green space and better access for vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists.
We've held local consultation events to gather your views.

The Community Empowerment Act
We're committed to supporting our communities to do things for themselves, and to make their voices heard in the planning and delivery of services.
The Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 can be used to support communities realise ambitions of owning and managing land, buildings and assets.
As a public sector organisation, we're classed as an asset-owning ‘relevant authority’ under the Act, so communities can apply to us to make 'Asset Transfer Requests'.
